摘  要:660MW级双水内冷发电机的转轴外伸端长度长、挠度大,造成加工困难「建立了电机轴受力弯曲模型,定量得出了减小挠度变形的方法,用有限元模型分析了切削力对转轴加工的影响,最后通过试验进行了验证。Shaft of the 600 MW Class Double-water Inner-cooled turbine generators with too long extension and great deflection resulted in difficulties to be machined. The bending model by press of the motor shaft was established, way to decrease deformation by the deflection was got quantificationally and influence by the machining and cutting force onto the processing shaft was analyzed by the FEM model. Finally, the test result verified that machining process of generator shaft aided by 3 centre support points could increase the machining accuracy.
