冲动性、自我控制与戒断期药物成瘾者复吸倾向的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冲动性、自我控制和戒断期药物成瘾者复吸倾向的关系。方法使用巴瑞特冲动性量表BIS-11中文版问卷、自我控制量表和复吸倾向问卷对233名戒断期药物成瘾者进行调查。结果 (1)无工作的成瘾者比有工作的成瘾者认知冲动性(t=0.22,v=218,P<0.05)和无计划冲动性(t=0.28,v=218,P<0.001)更高,抵御诱惑方面更控制不足(t=-2.27,v=218,P<0.05);冰毒吸食者比海洛因吸食者行动冲动性更高(t=-3.77,v=202,P<0.01),冲动控制(t=-2.68,v=202,P<0.01)、专注工作(t=-2.58,v=202,P<0.01)、节制娱乐方面更控制不足(t=-2.11,v=202,P<0.05);(2)复吸倾向与自我控制(r=0.23,P<0. 05)、冲动性总分(r=0.16,P<0.05)均呈正相关;(3)自我控制在冲动性和复吸倾向间起完全中介作用。结论戒断期药物成瘾者的冲动性和自我控制在工作状况以及主要吸食毒品情况上有差异,冲动性、自我控制和复吸倾向之间相互影响,冲动性对复吸倾向的影响完全依赖自我控制。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of impulsivity and self-control with relapse tendency of drug addicts in withdrawal period. Methods An investigation was conducted using Barratt Impulsiveness Scale11 version(BIS-11), Self-control Scale and Relapse Tendency Questionnaire on 233 drug addicts in withdrawal period. Results1. Non-working addicts had higher attentional impulsivity(t=0.22, df=218, P<0.05) and non-planning impulsivity(t=0.28, df=218,P<0.001) than those with work, and less control over temptation resist(t=-2.27, df=218, P<0.05). Meth users had higher motor impulsivity than heroin users(t=-3.77, df=202, P<0.01), and had less control over impulse control(t=-2.68, df=202, P<0.01),concentration of work(t=-2.58, df=202, P<0.01) and entertainment abstinence(t=-2.11, df=202, P<0.05). 2. There was positive significant correlation in total score between relapse tendency and self-control(r=0.23, P<0.05) and impulsivity(r=0.16,P<0.01). 3 Self-control mediated entirely the relationship between impulsivity and relapse tendency. Conclusion In withdrawal period, drug addicts’ impulsiveness and self-control on the working condition and major drug had differences. Impulsivity, self-control and relapsing tendency affected each other. The impact of impulsivity on relapse tendency was totally de-pendent on self-control.
