摘  要:目的:探究MR弥散张量成像在颅内肿瘤的应用效果。方法:选择我院于2017年3月一2018年5月期间收治的40例颅内肿瘤患者,手术前对患者进行MRI平扫、加强扫描、DTI、PA图(自动生成各向异性指数)以及ADC图(表现弥散系数图),计算FA以及ADC水平。结果:(1)胶质瘤患者和正常脑实质相比较而言,肿瘤实性表现为等信号,肿瘤周围水肿表现为弱信号;脑膜瘤患者脑瘤实性表现为等信号,FA信号同样表现为等信号;淋巴瘤ADC表现为弱信号,FA表现为弱信号;神经鞘瘤ADC表现为强信号;(2)神经鞘瘤患者ADC值较高,脑膜瘤患者中FA值较高,淋巴瘤患者的ADC以及FA值和其他患者相比较低。结论:肿瘤类型不同的FA值以及ADC值均具有显著差异,DTI和常规MRI相比较而言可对脑白质纤维束受压移位、破坏变化等情况进行更好的观察,为手术治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the application effect of MR diffusion tensor imaging in intracranial tumors.Methods 40 patients with intracranial tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected and MRI plain scan,enhanced scan,DTI,FA map (automatically generating anisotropy index) and ADC map (representing diffusion coefficient map), FA and ADC level were performed before operation. Results (1) Compared with normal brain parenchyma, glioma patients showed isointense signals and edema around tumor showed weak signals. The solid manifestation of brain tumor in meningioma patients is isointense, and the FA signal is also isointense. Lymphoma ADC showed weak signal and FA showed weak signal. The ADC of schwannoma showed strong signal.(2) ADC value is higher in neurilemmoma patients, FA value is higher in meningioma patients, ADC value and FA value in lymphoma patients are lower than other patients.Conclusion The FA value and ADC value of different tumor types are significantly different DTI can better observe the changes of white matter fiber bundle compression and destruction compared with conventional MRI,and provide basis for surgical treatment.
