摘 要:首先介绍了绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)模块在动态电压恢复器(DVR)旁路导通和脉宽调制(PWM)开关两种工况下的功耗近似计算方法,构建了模块内部的热阻-热容模型;在此基础上建立了级联式DVR装置的整机模型,计算其内部空气流场分布;最后利用周围空气流场数据对内部功率单元由稳态运行转换到瞬态工作的动态过程进行流场、温度场和压力场多场耦合数值模拟。通过对比不同电流等级IGBT的热仿真计算结果,选择了成本更低的小电流IGBT进行应用,通过搭建样机进行实验,验证了该IGBT选型优化方法的可行性。Firstly , an approximate calculation method for power loss of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module is introduced under bypass conduction and pulse width modulation (PWM) switching operating mode of dynamic voltage restorer(DVR ), and thermal resistance-capacity model for what inside the IGBT module is built.Secondly, the cabinet- level model of DVR is further developed and the air flow field is plotted additionally.Thirdly , multi-field coupling analysis for steady-transient dynamic process of power unit is done including air flow field, temperature field and pressure field of transient state.Through comparing the thermal simulation results of different current levels IGBTs, the lower current IGBT with lower cost is chosen.A prototype is built, and the feasibility of the IGBT selection optimiza? tion method is verified by experiments.
