摘  要:目的:考察防风多糖对过敏性鼻炎(AR)大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法:32只健康SD大鼠随机分空白组(A)、模型组(B)、防风多糖低剂量组(C)、防风多糖高剂量组(D),除A组外其余3组建立大鼠AR模型。每组于致敏第15d后开始给药,C、D组分别灌胃300、600mg/kg防风多糖治疗,A、B组灌胃等量0.9%生理盐水,连续14d,处死,采样待检。ELISA检测血清IgE、IL-4、INP-y及鼻腔灌洗液IgE、IL-4、HA含量。结果:C、D组较B组显著降低血清及鼻腔灌洗液IgE、IL-4含量、显著升高血清IFN-y含量,降低鼻腔灌洗液HA含量(P<0.05);D组较C组可显著改善血清及鼻腔灌洗液各扌旨标含量(P<0.01)。结论:防风多糖可调节AR细胞因子的生成和释放,对AR有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Saposhnikovia Divaricata polysaccharide on cytokines in rats with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods Thirty-two healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank group (A), model group (B), low-dose polysaccharide group (C), and high-dose polysaccharide group (D), rat AR models were established in the remaining 3 groups except group A. Each group was started after the 15th day of sensitization. Groups C and D were treated with 300,600 mg/kg of saposhnikovia divaricata polysaccharide, respectively Groups A and B were intragastrically administered with 0.9% normal saline for 14 days and the rats were sacrificed and samples were taken for examination. The levels of serum IgE, IL-4, INF-y and nasal lavage fluid IgE, IL-4 and HA were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of IgE, IL-4 in serum and nasal lavage fluid were significantly lower in group C and D than in group B, the content of serum IFN-y was significantly increased and HA in nasal lavage fluid was decreased (Pv0.05). The content of serum and nasal lavage fluid in group D was significantly improved compared with group C (PvO.Ol). Conclusions The saposhnikovia divaricata polysaccharide can regulate the production and release of AR cytokines and has a therapeutic effect on AR.
