“锐实力”话语的生成机制及其对中国对外传播的启示

摘　　要：本文通过对国内外以"锐实力"为主题的研究文献与报道文本为主要研究对象,运用话语历史分析的方法探索、归纳、总结"锐实力"话语的现实根源、理论渊源与传播机制,并思索由此折射出来的当下中国对外传播中的困境,进而以"构建人类命运共同体"为核心理念寻求可行的突围路径。Since December 2017, western think tanks, media, and academia have been using the concept of "sharp power" as a basic framework to attack and criticize China as an authority power to bribe, censor, manipulate, and coerce target countries and groups in external communications. This paper conducts the research mainly on the domestic and foreign documents and news report about sharp power, using literature research and text analysis as the main research method to summarize and explore the reality origin, the theoretical roots and the dissemination mechanism of the discourse sharp power. Furthermore, this paper intends to reflect on the current difficulties in Chinese international communication and explore the feasible solution under the guidance of the core concept creating a community of shared future for mankind. The proposal of sharp power is not only a challenge but also an opportunity. China should actively transform the international communication strategy to tell the story of China and convey the voice of China to the whole world.
