摘　　要：本文介绍了申克皮带秤在配料系统中的应用和维护,阐述了申克秤的工作原理、组成及与控制系统的联系,着重介绍了在实际生产过程中遇到的一些问题与解决这些问题的办法,以确保申克皮带秤在生产中稳定、可靠地运行。This paper introduces the application and maintenance of the Schenck belt scale in the batching system, expounds the working principle, composition and the relationship between the Schenck belt scale and the control system, and emphatically introduces some problems encountered in the actual production process and solutions to ensure the stable and reliable operation oftheSchenck belt scale in production.
