协同理论视角下江苏省医疗费用异地即时结算研究

摘　　要：目的:明确江苏省医疗费用异地即时结算的困境与成因,提出针对性建议。方法:基于协同理论分析医疗费用异地即时结算利益主体行为和目的。结果:提出了异地即时结算协同理论模型图;发现异地即时结算面临医疗机构和备案参保人员总数少,各利益主体冲突不断问题。结论:建议增加结算医疗机构数量,拓宽备案渠道,建立利益主体协调机制。Objective:To clarify the plight and causes of immediate settlement for endemic medical costs in Jiangsu Province,and present the professional policy suggestions.Methods:Based on the synergy theory,it analyzed that the behavior and purpose of the stakeholders immediate settlement for endemic medical costs,constructed the model diagram of the synergy theory of immediate settlement on endemic medical care was and presented the policy suggestions.Results:Immediate settlement of endemic health care costs faced the following problems:the total number of medical institutions and the number of registered participants were small and the conflicts between various stakeholders were constant.Conclusion:The number of settlement medical institutions should be increased,the filing channels for insurance participants should be widened and the mechanisms for coordination among stakeholders should be established.
