摘　　要：目的:对湖南省公立医院医疗服务价格现状进行分析,为湖南乃至我国医疗服务服务价格动态调整机制重构提供参考依据;方法:以全国价格成本监测网络收集到湖南省43家公立医院上报的报表数据和实地调查数据为依据,采用SPSS19.0软件工具对其进行统计分析;结果:在门诊与住院收入的结构占比以及各项目的年均收入对医院的年均贡献率看,省、市、县三级医院的医疗服务项目收入对医院总收入的贡献率各不相同。结论:各级医院医疗服务价格存在较为严重的比价不合理性,尤其是医务人员的劳务价值没有得到真实体现,建议在今后的医疗服务价格调整时"理顺一个关系,改革一个体制"。Objective:To analyze the current situation of medical services prices of public hospitals in Hunan,and provide valuable information for the reconstruction of the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service prices in Hunan and even China.Methods:The report data and field investigation data reported by 43 public hospitals in Hunan were collected as the evidence through national price cost supervision network.SPPSS19.0 Software tool was used for relative statistical analysis.Results:According to the annual distribution of the structure proportion of outpatient and inhospital income and annual average income of different items,there were significant differences in the contribution rate of medical service among different hospital levels.Conclusion:The price of medical service in hospitals at all levels had serious unreasonableness,especially the labor value of medical personnel had not been truly reflected.It was suggested to straighten out a relationship and reform a system when adjusting the of medical service price in the future.
