摘　　要：目的:了解农村贫困人口住院服务利用情况,分析不同特征人群住院服务利用的特点和差异。方法:采用普查方法,对宁夏22 546户居民(共计78 533人)"因病致贫,因病返贫"农村贫困人口进行入户调查和城乡居民基本医疗保险管理信息系统和住院病案系统查询。结果:2016年住院率为13.99%。女性住院率高于男性;文化程度中文盲或半文盲人群住院率最高(26.21%);不同民族人群的住院率差别不大;各年龄段中大于55岁人群住院率最高(28.76%),其次是45至55岁和35～45岁人群(17.42%、10.73%)。结论:宁夏农村贫困人口健康扶贫成效初显,健康扶贫的重点人群应向老年人、女性和文化程度低的贫困人口倾斜,重点救助这部分人群。不断完善宁夏健康扶贫政策制度。Objective:By understanding the utilization of inpatient services in rural poor population,to analyze the characteristics and differences of inpatient service utilization of different characteristics.Methods:Using the census method,22 546 households in Ningxia(78 533 people).4<poor and sick due to illness",were surveyed and inquired bythe system of the urban and rural residentsJ basic medical insurance management and the system of inpatient medical record.Results:The rate of hospitalization was 14.0%in 2016.The hospitalization rate of females was higher than males;the hospitalization rate was the highest among Chinese blind or semi-literate people(26.21%);there was no difference in hospitalization rates among different ethnic groups;the hospitalization rate was the highest in age group over 55(2&76%),followed by 45 to 55 years old and 35-45 years old(17.42%,10.73%).Conclusion:The health and poverty alleviation of the rural poor in Ningxia had shown its effectiveness.The key population of health and poverty alleviation should be tilted towards the elderly,women and low education level.It needed to continuously improved the policy of Ningxia health and poverty alleviation.
