摘 要:目前,随着球团在高炉中入炉比例的逐渐增加,拓展球团用矿粉资源具有重要的意义。研究了烧结用麦克富矿粉细磨后用于球团时对球团生球性能及成品球质量的影响。试验结果表明,随着细磨麦克粉配比的增加,造球、生球落下强度和抗压强度有改善趋势,爆裂温度有所下降;成品球团矿的抗压强度逐渐下降,提高焙烧温度后,在1270℃焙烧时,成品球抗压强度能达到2500N/P;配加细磨麦克粉对球团还原度和低温还原粉化率影响不大,且有利于降低还原膨胀率。综合来看,球团生产过程中配加不超过30%的麦克粉在技术上可行。At present,with the increasing ratio of pellet in blast furnace burden,it is important to expand the ore fines resources for pelletizing.In this paper,the effects of grinded MAC fines for sintering on the properties of green pellets and the quality of product pellets during pelletizing process were studied.The results show that,with the increasing ratio of grinded MAC fines,the drop strength and compressive strength of green pellets are improved and the bursting temperature is somewhat decreased.The compressive strength of the product decreases gradually,after increasing the firing temperature,which is 1 270℃,the compressive strength can reach 2 500 N/P.The addition of grinded MAC fines has little effect on RI and RDI,and it is helpful to reduce the RSI.Generally speaking,it is technically feasible to add no more than 30%MAC fines in the pellet production process.
