摘 要:针对烧结环冷机中低温烟气外排造成的余能浪费以及环境污染等问题,通过中低温烟气循环利用的技术机理与工艺设计的有效结合,从烟气温度、烟气作用时间及烟气粉尘的主动控制三个方面对烟气余能循环利用技术进行了优化,并应用于新钢两台360m^2烧结机。生产实践表明,烟气温度、烟气作用时间及烟气粉尘对烧结工艺指标产生了较大的影响。当烟气温度保持在250±25℃之间,烟气作用时间占总烧结时间比例控制在50%左右,以及烟气中粉尘含量在200mg/m^3以下时,烧结利用系数提高0.01~0.02t/(m^2·h),固体燃耗降低2.33~2.35 kg/t,烧结矿转鼓强度提高了0. 50%~0. 54%,筛分指数降低0. 12%~0. 14%,FeO质量分数降低0.32%~0.34%。此外,每台烧结机每年可减少环冷机热废气排放量约25800万Nm^3。In view of the problems of residue energy waste and environmental pollution caused by the external discharge of medium-low temperature flue gas,from the circular cooler of sinter machine,by effectively combining the technical mechanism and process design for cyclic utilization of medium-low temperature flue gas,the cyclic utilization technology for residue energy of waste gas is is optimized in terms of active control of three aspects including flue gas temperature,flue gas action time and flue gas dust,and the technology has been applied in two sets of 360 m2 sinter machines of Xinyu Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.The production practice shows that,the flue gas temperature,flue gas action time and flue gas dust have great effect on the sintering process indexes.When the flue gas temperature is kept at 250±25 t,the flue gas acting time accounts for about 50%of the total sintering time and the content of dust in the flue gas is below 200 mg/m^3,the sintering utilization coefficient increases by 0.01~0.02 t/(m^2·h),the solid consumption reduces by 2.33~2.35 kg/t,the tumbler strength of sinter improves by 0.50%~0.54%,the screening index decreases by 0.12~0.14%and the FeO content reduces by 0.36~0.38%.Moreover,258 million Nm3hot exhaust emissions from each circular cooler are reduced every year.
