摘　　要：中国共产党的执政软实力是指党实施的法德共治方略,党确立的正确的路线方针政策,以及党的领袖人物和各级党政领导干部的高尚道德对广大人民群众产生的巨大感召力、吸引力和凝聚力,也即吸引人民群众紧紧跟随的能力。全面从严治党的有效推进,为提升党的执政软实力既打下了坚实基础,又提供了制度保障,因而是提升党执政软实力的重要路径。在中国共产党的执政软实力中,法德共治的治国方略是主导要素,正确的路线方针政策是根本要素,"为民服务""权力制约"是关键要素,"公平正直""诚实守信""廉洁奉公""责任担当"是基本要素,提升党的执政软实力的途径就是要紧紧抓住这几大要素展开。The soft power in the governance of the Communist Party of China(CPC)means the Party strategy of governing by both law and virtue,the Party correct route,policies and guidelines,and the great emotional appeal,attraction and cohesion for the people by the noble morality of the Party leaders and cadres at all levels,i.e.,the ability to attract the people to follow.The effective strengthening the Party discipline comprehensively makes a solid foundation for the improvement of the Party soft power in the governance and provides a systematic guarantee for it as well.So it is an important route for the improvement of the Party soft power in the governance.In the CPC soft power,the strategy of governing by both law and virtue is the dominant factor;the correct route,policies and guidelines are the fundamental factors;“serving the people”and“restricting powers”the key factors;and“fairness and uprightness”,“honesty and trustworthiness”,“integrity and working in the public interest”and“responsibility and accountability”the basic factors.And the route to improve the Party soft power in the governance is to work around these factors.
