摘　　要：[目的/意义]构建以用户动态画像为基础的科技情报服务推荐模型以满足新时期科技情报用户对情报服务及时性、专业化与精准性的要求,更好地服务"双创"工程。[方法/过程]通过文献调研法分析情报3.0时期科技情报用户结构与需求变化,提出对科技情报用户动态画像分级架构的思想,进而借鉴其他领域对用户画像的实践应用,构建以用户动态画像为基础的科技情报服务推荐模型。[结果/结论]以用户动态画像为基础的科技情报服务推荐模型能够实现科技情报产品与用户之间的精准对接,增强用户粘性,更好地服务科技情报用户。[Purpose/significance]The recommendation model of sci-tec intelligence service based on the dynamic portrait of users is constructed to meet the requirements of timeliness,specialization and precision of sci-tec intelligence service in the new era of sci-tec intelligence users,provide better service for "double innovation" projects.[Methods/processes]Analyzing the changes of user demand and structure of sci-tec information in the period of intelligence 3.0 through literature research,this paper puts forward the idea of hierarchical structure of dynamic portrait of users of sci-tec information,and then draws lessons from the practical application of other fields of user portrait,the recommendation model of sci-tec information service based on dynamic portrait of users is constructed.[Results/conclusion]Based on the user dynamic portrait of sci-tec intelligence services recommendation model can realize the sci-tec intelligence products and accurate docking between users,enhance the user viscosity,provide better service for sci-tec information users.
