摘　　要：目的通过气相色谱法测定卫生香中苯含量的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱顶空外标法测定了卫生香中苯含量。结果对10家厂家的卫生香中苯含量进行了测定,结果分别为0.068、0.134、未检出、0.307、0.013、0.414、0.007、0.268、0.025、0.149 g/kg。苯含量在0～114.8μg/ml范围内呈线性,其线性回归方程y=4 680 x+3 047,r=0.999 996,r^2=1。同时做了回收率(78.47%～90.13%)和精密度(1.24%～1.86%)试验,取得了满意的结果。结论该方法分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。Objective To determine the content of benzene in incenses by gas chromatography.Methods Determining the content of benzene in incenses with headspace external calibration of gas chromatography.Results The incenses produced by ten companies were tested,and the contents of benzene were 0.068,0.134,not detected,0.307,0.013,0.414,0.007,0.268,0.025,0.149 g/kg.The calibration cure for benzene was the linear in the range of(0-114.8)μg/ml,y=4 680 x+3047,r=0.999 996,r^2=1.At the same time,it has obtained satisfactory results for recovery rate(86.49%-97.21%) and precision(1.24%-1.86%).Conclusion This method displayed advantages in efficiency of separation,high accuracy and good reproducibility.
