摘  要:在考虑员工学习效应与产品物流情况下,研究多技能员工生产多类型产品的单元化制造问题。通过建立0-1非线性规划模型,最小化库存成本、延期交货成本和产品在单元间的物流成本。设计具有二维结构的染色体及相应的遗传算法。以光纤连接器制造系统为例,得出最优的人员分配方案和产品生产路线。数值实验表明:在不同生产规模情形下,考虑产品物流时的运作成本比无物流时显著降低。Considering the learning effect of workers and product logistics, this paper studied the problem of multi- skilled workers, cellular manufacturing of multi-type products. By establishing a 0 - 1 non-linear programming model, we minimized the inventory costs, delayed delivery costs and product logistics costs among units. The chromosome with two- dimensional structure and the corresponding genetic algorithm were designed. Taking the optical fiber connector manufacturing system as an example, we obtained the optimal personnel allocation scheme and production route. The numerical experiments show that under different production scales, the operation cost considering product logistics is significantly lower than that without logistics.
