摘 要:Be_(12)Ti化合物有望替代Be作为新一代核反应堆中子倍增材料。本文采用电弧熔炼+吸铸方法制备了Be-5wt%Ti,Be-8wt%Ti,Be-12wt%Ti,Be-14wt%Ti合金样品,并对合金的化学成分和微观组织进行了分析和表征。研究结果表明:Be-Ti合金主要由初生Be相和Be_(12)Ti相组成;随着Ti含量的增加,Be_(12)Ti相面积百分数也由最初的25%提高到75%,同时Be_(12)Ti相尺寸也逐渐增大;当Ti含量达到14 wt%时,Be_(12)Ti相尺寸约为25μm;采用该方法制备的Be-Ti合金杂质元素含量少,Ti元素宏观偏析度均不超过15%。这为制备高品质Be-Ti合金提供了新的途径。Be12Ti compound is expected to replace Be as a new generation neutron multiplier material for nuclear reactors.The samples of Be-5wt%Ti,Be-8wt%Ti,Be-12 wt%Ti and Be-14 wt%Ti alloy were prepared by arc melting+suction casting method.The chemical composition and microstructure of the alloy were analyzed and characterized.The results show that Be-Ti alloy is mainly composed of primary Be phase and Be12Ti phase.With the increase of Ti content,the area percentage of Be12Ti phase increases from 25% to 75%,and the size of Be12Ti phase increases gradually.When the content of Ti reaches 14 wt%,the size of Be12Ti phase is about 25 μm.The content of impurity elements in Be-Ti alloy prepared by this method is low,and the macro-segregation degree of Ti element is not more than 15%.This provides a new way for the preparation of high quality Be-Ti alloy.
