摘 要:采用厚度为30μm的纯Cu箔作为中间层接触反应钎焊AZ31B镁合金和Q235钢,研究加热温度和保温时间对AZ31B镁合金/Q235钢钎焊接头微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在有效的工艺参数条件下,接头界面反应区产物主要为Mg固溶体、Mg_2Cu、Al Mg;加热温度为570℃,保温时间为30 min时,钎焊接头抗拉强度达到最大值122.6 MPa,加热温度和保温时间过高或过低,均导致抗拉强度下降,加热温度570℃,保温时间为30 min时钎焊接头断裂方式为典型的韧性断裂。AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet and Q235 steel sheet were contact reaction brazed by using pure copper foil with thickness of 30 μm as an interlayer.The effects of heating temperature and holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed joints of AZ31B magnesium alloy and Q235 steel were studied.The results show that under effective process parameters,the main phases of the interface reaction zone are Mg solid solution,Mg2Cu and Al Mg.The tensile strength of the brazed joint reaches the maximum value of 122.6 MPa when the heating temperature is 570 ℃ and the holding time is 30 min.Too high or too low heating temperature and holding time leads to a decline of tensile strength.The fracture mode of the brazed joint was typical ductile fracture under the heating temperature of 570 ℃ and holding time of 30 min.
