摘 要:采用快冷甩带技术制备了Al-33.3Cu-6.0Mg-3.0Ni组分的箔状钎料,并把部分箔状钎料磨成粉状钎料,分别对6063铝合金进行真空钎焊,对钎焊接头的剪切强度进行测定,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜结合能谱分析等方法对接头显微组织进行观察和分析。结果表明,真空钎焊最优工艺参数为:使用箔状钎料,压力4 MPa,加热温度为550℃、保温时间30 min。使用箔状钎料钎焊的接头剪切强度最大值为50.22 MPa,剪切强度明显高于使用粉状钎料钎焊的接头,粉状钎料钎焊接头中大量黑色点状区域的存在是造成接头强度明显降低的直接原因。Al-33.3Cu-6.0Mg-3.0Ni foil filler metal was obtained by fast cooling melt-spun technique.Meanwhile,some foils were processed into powder.The vacuum brazing of 6063 aluminum alloy was carried out by using both foil and powder filler metal.The shear strength of the brazed joints were tested.The microstructure was observed and analyzed by optical microscope,SEM,and EDS.The results show that the optimal process parameters of vacuum brazing are as follows:using filler metal foil,pressure of 4 MPa,heating temperature of 550 ℃,holding time of 30 min.The maximum shear strength of joint using foil filler metal is 50.22 MPa,which is significantly higher than that of the brazed joint using powder filler metal.A large number of black dot areas are found in the joints using powder filler metal,which is the direct cause of obvious decrease of the strength of brazed joints.
