摘 要:采用1/2紧凑拉伸(compact tension,CT)试样,研究了690镍基合金与321不锈钢异种金属焊接接头在同一温度下含氧和除氧两种环境下的裂纹扩展行为,以及在相同含氧量的情况下应力强度因子对焊接接头的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响规律。结果表明,含氧和除氧两种水环境中,裂纹扩展速率均随应力强度因子K的升高而升高,并且焊接接头在除氧环境中有较高的开裂敏感性。The fatigue crack growth behavior of dissimilar metal welded joint of 690 nickel base alloy and 321 stainless steel was investigated at same temperature in oxygen-containing water and non-oxygen-containing water environment and using 1/2 compact tension(1/2 CT)sample.The effect of the stress intensity factor on the crack growth rate of the welded joint was studied in the same oxygen content environment.The results show that in both oxygen-containing water and non-oxygen-containing water environment,the crack growth rate increases with the increase of the stress intensity factor K,and the welded joint in non-oxygen-containing water environment has higher cracking sensitivity than that in oxygen-containing water.
