摘 要:针对旋转抛物面反射器头灯近距离存在中心暗斑的现象,提出平面大角度光源、平面大尺寸光源以及立体光源三种基于LED光源封装方式的解决方案,并对其分别进行建模仿真。仿真结果显示,立体光源对头灯近距离中心暗斑现象有明显改善作用。研究立体光源不同的凸起中心高度对头灯近距离光强分布的影响,并制作出4种不同凸起中心高度的立体光源实物。结果表明,凸起中心高度为0.9mm的立体光源安装在旋转抛物面反射器头灯内时,其在25cm目标面上的照度均匀度由之前的9.6%提高至93.2%,改善效果显著。Aiming at the phenomenon that there is a central dark spot at the close distance of the rotating parabolic reflector headlight, three solutions based on changing the LED packaging method are proposed, which are planar large-angle light source, planar large-size light source and stereo light source, and they are respectively modeling and simulated. The simulation results show that the stereo light source has a significant improvement on the center dark spot of the headlight at close range. The effects of the three-dimensional light source with different heights of the convex center on the light intensity distribution of the headlights were studied, and four kinds of stereoscopic light source with different heights of the convex center were produced. The results show that the three-dimensional light source with a height of 0. 9 mm is installed in the headlight of the rotating parabolic reflector. The uniformity of illumination on the target surface of 25cm is increased from 9. 6% to 93. 2%, and the improvement effect is remarkable.
