摘 要:现有直齿圆柱内齿轮成形工艺存在轮齿角隅填充不饱满、模具结构复杂、成形力大等一些不足,采用了一种双向镦挤闭式模锻新工艺,分析了新工艺特点。以某20齿的直齿圆柱内齿轮为研究对象,创建了三维模型,利用Deform-3D软件对成形过程进行了数值模拟。载荷-行程曲线表明,变形过程可划分为自由变形、大变形、充满3个阶段。与单向镦挤对比,双向镦挤的载荷值降低19.5%;双向镦挤等效应力明显降低,零件变形正常,无破坏现象出现。通过试验,得到了齿形充填饱满、轮廓清晰、无飞边、折叠、开裂等缺陷的铅质直齿圆柱内齿轮。结果对直齿圆柱内齿轮近净成形技术研究具有一定参考意义。There are some shortcomings in the forming process of cylindrical straight gear including the filling of the corner of gear tooth is not full,the structure of the die is complex,the forming force is large.A new process of two-way upsetting-extrusion closed die forging was adopted and the characteristics of the new technology were analyzed.Taking a 20-tooth cylindrical gear as the research object,a three-dimensional model was established.The forming process was numerically simulated by Deform-3D software.The load-stroke curve shows that the deformation process can be divided into three stages:free deformation,large deformation and filling.Compared with one-way upsetting-extrusion,the load value of two-way upsetting-extrusion is reduced by 19.5%.The effect of bi-directional upsetting-extrusion is obviously reduced,and the deformation of parts is normal and no damage occurs.Through the test,the straight cylindrical gear with full filling,clear outline,no flash folding,cracking and other defects was obtained.The results have a certain reference significance for the research of near net forming technology of the straight cylindrical inner gear.
