摘 要:导轨钢具有抽拉阻力小、承载能力强、硬度高、粗糙度难控制的特点。本文对导轨钢生产过程中开卷塔形、粗糙度不合格问题进行了分析,提出了相应的措施,解决了问题。实践表明,降低速度与张力可解决开卷塔形问题;使用优化原始表面粗糙度后的工作辊轧制导轨钢,表面粗糙度均能满足0.1~0.5μm的要求。The guideway steel has the characteristics of small pulling resistance,strong bearing capacity,high hardness and difficult to control the roughness.The problems of unqualified uncoiling turriform and roughness in the guideway steel production process were analyzed,and corresponding measures were put forward.The problem was solved.The practice shows that reducing the speed and tension can solve the problem of decoiling turriform;using the work roll after optimizing the original surface roughness,the surface roughness of the guideway steel can meet the requirement of 0.1-0.5 μm.
