摘 要:为研究铝钢薄板件CMT点焊变形与应力,进行了铝钢薄板CMT点焊试验和仿真。首先,对铝板开孔直径为7 mm的试件进行了焊接试验,得到了试件的焊接变形。接着,针对该试验建立了铝钢薄板CMT点焊仿真模型,通过仿真与试验结果的对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性。在此基础上,对铝板开孔直径分别为6、8、9 mm的工况进行了仿真与试验,得到了铝板开孔直径对焊件变形及应力的影响规律。结果表明:铝钢薄板件CMT点焊的变形主要在铝板一侧,且位移约束处有明显的残余应力,而在钢板的位移约束处几乎没有残余应力。随着开孔直径的增大,铝板的最大变形量增大,开孔直径为8 mm时焊件有最大的拉伸载荷。In order to study the deformation and stress of CMT spot welding of aluminum and steel thin plate,tests and simulation of CMT spot welding of aluminum and steel thin plate were carried out.The welding test of aluminum plate with diameter of 7 mm was carried out.The deformation of the weldment was obtained.Then the simulation model of CMT spot welding of aluminum and steel thin plate for this welding test was established.By comparing the result of simulation and test,the validity of the simulation model was verified.Based on this,simulations and tests were carried out for aluminum plates with aperture diameters of 6,8 and 9 mm respectively,and the influence rule of the aperture diameter of aluminum plate on deformation and stress was obtained.The result shows that the deformation of CMT spot welding of aluminum and steel thin plate is mainly on the aluminum side and there is obvious residual stress on displacement constraint location of aluminum plate,but there is almost no residual stress on displacement constraint location of steel plate.The deformation of the aluminum plate increases with the increase of aperture diameter and the weldment has the biggest tensile load when the aperture diameter is 8 mm.
