摘 要:基于有限元软件ABAQUS对70 mm厚低合金钢板窄间隙双面激光焊接过程进行了数值模拟。首先根据激光焊接的特点,采用热流密度线性衰减的高斯圆柱热源和该高斯圆柱热源模型与高斯面热源的复合热源模型对激光填丝多道焊进行温度场仿真,得到了和试验焊接接头形貌相吻合的温度场分布。在此基础上,根据实际焊接试验的边界拘束条件,模拟得到了试件三个方向的纵向残余应力和横向残余应力分布,模拟结果表明:在厚度方向,横向残余应力和纵向残余应力均沿着初始焊道上下近似呈对称分布。在初始焊道处均有着最大的压应力,随着离初始焊道距离的增加,压应力逐步变化到较高拉应力再逐渐减小。Based on the software ABAQUS,the numerical simulation of narrow gap double-side laser welding process of 70 mm thick low alloy steel plate was carried out.First,according to the characteristics of laser welding,the temperature field of multipass laser welding was obtained was simulated by using the Gauss cylinder heat source with linear damped heat flux and the composite heat source model of the Gauss cylindrical heat source and the Gauss surface heat source.The simulated temperature field distribution was obtained.It was consistent with the morphology of experimental welded joint.On this basis,according to the boundary constraint conditions of actual welding test,the longitudinal residual stress and the transverse residual stress distribution in the three directions of the specimen were obtained by simulation.The simulation results show that in the direction of thickness,the transverse residual stress and the longitudinal residual stress are approximately symmetrical along the initial weld.There is maximum compressive stress in the initial weld.With the increase of the distance from the initial weld,the compressive stress gradually changes to higher tensile stress and then gradually decreases.
