摘 要:蜗壳-座环连接焊缝的焊接残余应力对其抗疲劳性能有着重要的影响,目前蜗壳热处理及焊接后的残余应力测试已经成为蜗壳制造工艺中的必备检测手段。本文采用盲孔法对蜗壳-座环焊接区域的焊缝区、熔合区及热影响区的残余应力进行了测试,分析蜗壳-座环焊接残余应力的分布状况及其对构件强度的影响。结果表明:蜗壳-座环连接环焊缝因材料厚度不同和温度变化原因使得焊缝残余焊接应力呈压应力分布,同时在蜗壳-座环连接的焊缝区、熔合区及热影响区的焊接残余应力数值呈现依次递减的状态。The welding residual stress of weld seam of the volute-seat ring has an essential influence on its fatigue resistance.At present,the heat treatment and postweld residual stress test of the volute has become an indispensable detection method in the volute manufacturing process.The method of blind hole was used to test the residual stress in the weld zone,fusion zone and heat affected zone of the volute-seat ring.The distribution of residual stress of the volute-seat ring and its influence on the strength of the component were analyzed.The results show that the residual welding stress of the volute-ring weld seam is compressive stress caused by the different thickness of the material and the temperature variation.The residual stress of weld zone,fusion zone and heat affected zone in the volute seat-ring shows decreasing state.
