摘  要:为了解决射频识别系统中电子标签的低功耗问题,提出并设计了基于STM32的半主动式电子标签低功耗性能评估系统,采用时分复用的方法,通过一个节点管控多个电子标签,同时将各个电子标签接收到的信号通过CAN总线传输给系统软件架构,实现系统总体设计,充分考虑系统主要功耗来源,对系统硬件部分进行设计时选取具有超低功耗优点的STM32单片机和nRF24LE1芯片,系统硬件部分主要包括微控制器单元、电源转换电路单元、射频信号采集单元、电子标签功耗计算单元以及系统天线;通过采用模块化编程方法,在完成电子标签基本功能的同时,实现低功耗运行。对系统软件架构部分进行了设计,主要包括系统硬件控制层、系统低功耗性能评估标准测试层以及系统终应用端显示层三部分,利用该系统实现了电子标签低功耗性能评估。通过实验结果分析,证明了该系统对电子标签低功耗性能评估准确性较高,得到了选择合适的射频信号长度值和脉冲宽度值能够大大降低射频信号接收功耗的结果。In order to solve the current low-power consumption problem of electronic tags, a semi-active electronic tag low-power performance evaluation system based on STM32 is proposed and designed, and a time-division multiplexing method is adopted to control multiple electronic tags through one node and simultaneously each electronic device. The signal received by the tag is transmitted to the system software architecture through the CAN bus to implement the overall system design and fully consider the main power consumption of the system. When designing the hardware part of the system, STM32 microcontroller and nRF24LEl chip with ultra low power consumption are selected. Some of them mainly include microcontroller unit, power conversion circuit unit, RF signal acquisition unit, electronic tag power consumption calculation unit and system antenna. By adopting a modular programming method, low power operation can be realized while completing the basic functions of the electronic tag. The part of the system software architecture is designed ,including three parts: the system hardware control layer, the system low-power performance evaluation standard test layer, and the system end application display layer. The system uses this system to realize the low-power performance evaluation of the electronic tag. Through the analysis of the experimental results, it is proved that the system has high accuracy for evaluating the low-power performance of the RFID tag, and the result of selecting the appropriate RF signal length and pulse width value can greatly reduce the RF signal reception power consumption.
