摘  要:集成光学相位调制器是谐振式集成光学陀螺的核心器件,其增益随温度的变化直接影响相位调制器的的调制特性。为了快速跟踪检测相位调制器的增益漂移,提出了一种新的用于集成光学陀螺的可解调出集成光学相位调制器增益的调制和解调方法。进一步,分析了相位调制器增益随温度波动对集成光学谐振陀螺检测精度的影响机理,并建立了相位调制器增益的系统模型。并且,利用PI控制算法实现了相位调制器增益的快速检测与跟踪。实验结果表明,所提出的新的六态波调制方法能够实时解调出谐振式集成光学陀螺中的集成光学相位调制器的增益,并且验证了所提出的相位调制器增益跟踪技术对于提高谐振式集成光学陀螺的检测精度具有重要意义。The integrated optical phase modulator( IOPM) is the core component of the integrated optical resonant gyroscope( RIOG), and its gain varying with temperature directly affects the modulation characteristics of the IOPM. In order to quickly track and detect the gain drift of the IOPM , a novel modulation and demodulation method for IORG to demodulate the gain of the IOPM is proposed. Furthermore, the influence mechanism of IOPM's gain with temperature fluctuation on the detection accuracy of IORG is analyzed, and the system model of IOPM' s gain is established. Moreover, the PI control algorithm is used to realize the fast detection and tracking of the IOPM's gain. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed six-state wave modulation method can real-timely demodulate the gain of IOPM of the RIOG, and validate the significance of the proposed IOPM's gain tracking technology for improving the detection accuracy of the RIOG.
