摘  要:籽种产业是百合产业的基础和始发端,关系到产业能否持续、健康发展。有些百合种/品种在叶腋处能产生珠芽,珠芽是接近于脱毒的小籽球,利用珠芽可大大提高种球繁育效率。因此,百合珠芽生长发育的相关研究可以建立调控珠芽分生的方法,提供百合种球生产新的方式和思路,同时也为百合珠芽发生的分子机制研究奠定基础。本试验以卷丹百合(Lilium lancifolium)为材料,探索了赤霉素(GA3)赤霉素抑制剂(PAC)对卷丹及珠芽生长发育的影响,使用浓度为100 mg/L的外源GA3和PAC溶液、蒸馏水为对照定期对卷丹叶腋处进行喷施,测定卷丹和珠芽的各项形态指标,进行相关分析。试验结果为:GA3处理的卷丹株高、节间长、花苞长和宽较对照分别增长了69.73%、58.81%、29.15%、37.16%;而PAC相应减少了77.06%、69.86%、30.91%和8.93%,PAC使植株茎粗增加。喷施GA3使花期提前半个月而PAC推迟了18 d,另外,GA3对珠芽形成有一定抑制作用,使单株数量减少但是增加了单个珠芽重量,母株上的珠芽可以不经休眠直接萌发;PAC处理显著增加了珠芽厚度并且珠芽分化效率最高,为56.27%。本研究可为珠芽调控方法的建立和分子机制研究提供指导和借鉴。The bulb industry is the foundation and the beginning of lily industry, which is related to the sustainable and healthy development of the industry. Some Lilium species/cultivars can sprout bulbils on the leaf axils of the stem. Bulbils, close to virus-free seed bulbs, can greatly improve the efficiency of bulb breeding. Therefore, studies on the growth and development of Lilium bulbils can establish methods to regulate the growth and development of Lilium bulbils, provide new ways and ideas for lily bulb production, and lay a foundation for the molecular mechanism of Lilium bulbils formation as well. In this study, Lilium lancifolium was selected as the material, and the influence of gibberellin (GA3) and paclobutrazol (PAC) on the growth and bulbils of L. lancifolium was investigated. Exogenous GA3 and PAC solutions with concentration of 100 mg/L and distilled water as the control were used to spray the leaf axils of stem regularly. The morphological indexes of Lilium lancifolium and bulbils were determined and the correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that compared with CK, the plant height, internode length, bud length and width treated by GA3 had increased by 69.73%, 5&81%, 29.15% and 37.16%, respectively. While those plant which treated by PAC had decreased by 77.06%, 69.86%, 30.91% and 8.93%, and the PAC treatment increased the stem diameter. GA3 advanced the flowering period for 15 days, while the PAC delayed it for 18 days. In addition, GA3 inhibited the formation of bulbil, reduced the number of individual plants but increased the weight of individual bulbil. Bulbils in parent plant could germinate directly without dormancy. PAC treatment significantly increased the thickness of bulbils and the efficiency of differentiation of bulbil peaked at 56.27%. This work could provide important guidance and reference for the establishment and molecular mechanism of bulbil regulation.
