摘  要:研究了茉莉酸酯类对秋甜桃果实着色及品质的影响,为合理利用茉莉酸酯类物质增加秋甜桃果实色泽、提升果实品质提供理论依据。以晚熟桃新品种‘秋甜’为试材,于转色期对果实喷施二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)和茉莉酸甲酯(MJ),处理浓度为10 mg/L、50 mg/L和100 mg/L,分析果实花色苷、叶绿素、类黄酮、可溶性固形物等指标的变化,以及对着色相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,喷施PDJ和MJ处理可以显著提高果皮中花色苷含量,降低叶绿素水平,改善果实色泽;喷施PDJ和MJ处理果皮色角度(h)值显著下降,果实着色程度提高;提高果实可溶性固物的含量,促进类黄酮物质的积累,改善果实品质;促进桃着色相关基因DFR、LDOX、UFGT的表达。在改善果实着色、提高果实品质方面,喷施50 mg/L的PDJ和MJ处理作用效果显著。喷施不同浓度的PDJ和MJ处理均改善秋甜桃果实着色及品质,促进着色相关基因的表达,其中以50 mg/L的PDJ处理作用效果最佳。This study investigated the effect of jasmonates on the coloration and quality of Qiutian peach, which could provide theoretical basis for rational utilization of jasmonates to increase the color and quality of Qiutian peach. The late-maturing new peach variety "Qiutian" was used as the material, which was sprayed with PDJ and MJ in color-changed period with the concentrations of 10 mg/L, 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L. The changes of anthocyanins, chlorophyll, flavonoids and soluble solids in fruits and the effect on the expression of coloration-related genes were analyzed. The results showed that spraying PDJ and MJ could significantly increase anthocyanin content, decrease chlorophyll content and improve fruit color. The color angle(H) of peel treated with PDJ and MJ decreased significantly, and the fruit coloring degree increased. The content of soluble solids was improved, the accumulation of flavonoids was promoted and the fruit quality was improved. In addition, the expression of genes related to coloring of peach(DFR, LDOX, UFGT) were accelerated. In improving fruit coloring and fruit quality,spraying 50 mg/L PDJ and MJ had significant effect. Spraying different concentrations of PDJ and MJ could improve the coloring and quality of Qiutian peach and promote the expression of coloring-related genes, among which 50 mg/L of PDJ had the best effect.
