摘 要:为了研究刨煤机在斜切进刀过程中刨头力学特性及系统动态特性,推导了刨刀在斜切进刀时的截割阻力,并以此为外激励模型,基于有限元法构建了刨煤机系统动力学微分方程。采用数值分析方法对方程进行求解。分析了斜切进刀速度、刨削深度、进刀位置、中部槽偏移角度等因素对刨煤机系统动态特性的影响。通过刨煤机力学测试实验平台对系统动态特性进行了测试,对比分析了理论结果与测试结果,为刨煤机系统工作稳定性、关键零部件的疲劳寿命及工艺参数优化提供理论基础。Aiming at the mechanical properties of plow head and dynamic charateristics of system under oblique cutting condition,cutting resistance of planning tool under oblique cutting condition was derived,and was treated as external excitation. Dynamic differential equation of plow system were established by using the finite element method,and were solved by using numerical method. The effect of oblique cutting velocity、cutting depth、cutting location、middle trough angle offset on dynamic charateristics of plow system. The dynamic charateristics of plow system were tested based on the mechanical test experimental platform. The test results and theoretical results were compared. The research results provided theoretical basis for working stability、fatigue life of key parts、process parameters optimization of plow system.
