摘  要:自润滑关节轴承衬垫的受力状态直接影响其接触性能的优劣,从而影响使用寿命。因此基于GE30C型自润滑关节轴承,在不改变装配尺寸和轴向摆角的前提下建立有限元模型,确定该性能的评价指标并进行正交试验,用综合评分法和极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,以得到各主要结构尺寸对接触性能的影响规律,进而确定最优尺寸并使其接触性能得到改善。通过算例可知,利用有限元仿真可研究轴承的接触性能,拓宽了对该性能的研究方法。Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings pad force of the state directly affect the contact performance, thus affects the service life. Therefore, based on the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing GE30 C, the finite element model(FEM) is established without changing the assembly size and axial swing angle. The evaluation index of the performance is determined and orthogonal test is carried out. The results were analyzed by comprehensive scoring method and range analysis method to obtain the characteristics of the major structural dimensions on the contact properties. The optimal size is determined and the contact performance.is improved. The results show that FEM can study the contact performance of the bearing and broaden the research method of the performance.
