摘 要:通过添加马来酸酐接枝的聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)及无机导热填料Al_2O_3对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)进行复合改性,研究了POE-g-MAH及Al_2O_3用量对PP-R/POE-g-MAH/Al_2O_3复合材料力学性能和导热性能的影响,并分析了复合材料的结晶行为和微观形貌。结果表明:POE-g-MAH和Al_2O_3的添加,可提高PP-R材料的低温冲击强度和导热性,由此可望得到综合性能优越的PP-R管材。The polyolefin elastomer grafted with maleic anhydride(POE-g-MAH)and the inorganic thermal conductive filler Al2O3 were used to modify the random copolymer polypropylene(PP-R).The effects of POE-g-MAH and Al2O3 content on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of PP-R were studied respectively.Moreover,the crystallization behavior and micromorphology of the PP-R/POE-g-MAH/Al2O3 composites were analyzed.The results show that the addition of POEg-MAH and Al2O3 can increase the low temperature impact strength and thermal conductivity of the PP-R material,so that the PP-R pipes with superior comprehensive properties are expected to be obtained.
