摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出流延机组制备了不同配比的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBS/PBAT)共混薄膜,并对其力学、热学以及气体透过性进行了研究。结果表明:PBAT的加入降低了PBS的结晶度,增强了PBS薄膜柔韧性。PBS/PBAT共混薄膜出现了较为明显的相分离,其最大断裂伸长率达到832.1%。相比于纯PBS薄膜,PBAT的添加进一步提高了薄膜的CO_2、O_2以及水蒸气透过率,CO_2/O_2选择透过比从5.11提高至7.04。The poly(butylene succinate)/poly(butylene adipate terephthalate)(PBS/PBAT)blend films with different PBAT contents were prepared via a twin screw extruder,and the thermal,mechanical properties and gas permeability there of were studied.The results show that:with the increase of PBAT content,the crystallinity of the PBS/PBAT blend system reduces,and the flexibility of the PBS membrane is enhanced.The phase separation of the PBS/PBAT blend film is obvious.The maximum elongation at break of the blend film reaches 832.1%.The addition of PBAT further increases CO2,O2 and water vapor transmission rate,and the CO2/O2 selective transmission ratio increases from 5.11 to 7.04,compared with pure PBS film.
