摘  要:以笔记本底座塑件为例,采用CAD/CAE一体化软件指导模具设计,使模具结构得到进一步优化。从浇注系统、填充时间、主要工艺条件、转换点压力、气穴、体积收缩等方面,对笔记本底座的注塑成型流动进行了分析,最后得出合理的浇注系统方案,进而设计出结构合理的模具,使得注塑模具的缺陷大大降低。实际生产表明,采用该模具注塑得到的笔记本底座质量良好,极大地缩短了产品开发周期,降低了模具制造成本,具有良好的经济效益,可对类似塑件的注塑模具设计提供参考。Taking the notebook base plastic parts as an example,the mold structure was optimized by using CAD/CAE integrated software to guide the mold design.From the aspects of casting system,filling time,main process conditions,switching point pressure,cavitation,volume shrinkage,etc.,the injection molding flow of the notebook base was analyzed.Finally,a reasonable pouring system scheme was designed,and a well-structured mold with less defects was obtained.The actual production shows that the notebook base produced by the mold has good quality,the product development cycle is greatly shortened,the manufacturing cost of the mold can be reduced,and has good economic benefits.The design of the mold can provide reference for the injection mold design of similar plastic parts.
