摘 要:农村土地承包经营权确权是国家近年来全面开展的重点项目,完善科学高效的图形数据采集技术是合理开展此项工作的重点。由于农村土地地形复杂、外业指界误差大等限制,坐标几何和键盘输入的结合成为农经权确权工作的主流数字化图形数据采集方式。因此提出一个基于GIS技术方法自动识别农田边界的模型,并创建出土地信息数据库。该模型通过一系列的自动化进程较为精确地检测出土地边界,其进程由ArcGIS Model Builder及Python语言整合为GIS模型,因此很少或不需要操作员人为介入执行整个分析过程。经过可行性分析证明,在没有人工干预的情况下,该模型可以使84.8%以上农田土地边界被有效检测。并可以将长达2个月的边界数字化工期缩减到2 d以内。该模型尤其适用于界址清晰的土地边界检测。The confirmation of rural land contractual management right is a key project of the country in recent years.Improving scientific and efficient graphic data collection technology is the focus of this work.However,due to the complex terrain of rural land and the large boundary error of external industry,combination of coordinate geometry and keyboard entry has become the major method for digital graphic data acquisition in confirmation of rural land contractual management rights.Therefore,a model for automatic identification of farmland boundary based on GIS technology was proposed in this paper,and the land information database was built.Through a series of automated processes,which are integrated into the GIS model from ArcGIS Model Builder and Python language,land boundary was able to be detected more accurately with little or no need for human intervention.The feasibility analysis proved that the model can effectively detect more than 84.8%of farmland land boundaries without manual intervention.It can also reduce the boundary digital chemical period from 2 months to less than 2 days.This model was particularly suitable for land boundary detection with clear boundaries.
