摘　　要：介绍了一种开卷落料自动线双出料模具结构以及工艺方案,并分析了收集坯料的设计方法和设计思路,可为类似开卷落料模具设计提供参考。该模具结构方案可以提高模具生产效率,提升材料利用率。This article describes a blanking line automatic discharging die structure, details of the different directions to collect the blank product design methods and design ideas. It may be similar to the blanking die design reference. The die structure can improve die production efficiency, improve material utilization.
