摘  要:技术和经济可开发量评估是光伏电站开发潜力计算的重要内容。分析了光伏电站基地开发潜力评估的基本要素,给出了理论、技术和经济可开发量三者的基本概念和内涵,建立了基于GIS和LCOE的光伏电站基地技术和经济可开发量评估的方法和模型,提出了一套评估光伏电站基地开发潜力的总体流程。以青海光伏电站基地为案例,应用光伏电站开发潜力评估系统,实证评估青海光伏电站基地的理论、技术和经济可开发量。Evaluation of the technical and economic developable amount is the important parts of development potential assessment of photovoltaic power station base.This paper analyzed the basic elements of the development potential evaluation for photovoltaic power station base,presented the basic concepts and connotations of the theory etical,technical and economic developable amount.The technical and economic developable amount evaluation models were proposed based on the GIS and LCOE method for photovoltaic power plant base.Then,an overall process for assessing the development potential of a photovoltaic power plant base was established.At last,the photovoltaic power plant development potential evaluation system was applied to evaluate the theoretical,technical and economic developable amount of Qinghai Photovoltaic Power Plant Base.
