摘　　要：文章从量表的形成、内容、评分标准、信效度、优缺点等方面对普适性和专用的压疮评估量表进行综述,并对我国压疮评估量表的发展趋势进行了展望,包括构建适合中国人群的压疮评估表;根据中国人群的特点改良量表;进行本土化验证及推广量表;形成多学科协同的压疮动态监测体系。In the paper,the formation,content,scoring criteria,reliability and validity,advantages and disadvantages of the scales were summarized,and the development trend of the scales was prospected,including constructing a pressure ulcer assessment scales suitable for Chinese,modifying scale according to the characteristics of Chinese population,promoting verification scale,establish a multidisciplinary monitoring system for pressure ulcers.
