摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理对高龄高危前列腺电切联合膀胱碎石患者围手术期的影响。方法将120例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的高龄高危患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用传统的常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科护理,包括术前讲解相关知识、术中保温及限制液体入量、术后康复护理。结果观察组住院时间、留置尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间、术后首次排气时间、术后并发症发生率及焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论快速康复外科护理可以显著促进高龄高危前列腺电切联合膀胱碎石患者的康复,有效减少并发症,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects of Fast Track Surgery nursing on perioperative period of electrosurgical prostatectomy combined with bladder lithotripsy in high-risk elderly patients. Methods Totally,120 high-risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined bladder stones were randomly divided into two groups according the random number table.The control group was treated with the traditional perioperative method,and the observation group received the Fast Track Surgery nursing which included preoperative health-education,intraoperative insulation,limiting intake and postoperative rehabilitation nursing. Results The time of postoperative hospitalization,indwelling catheter,bladder irrigation,first exhaust,postoperative complications and anxiety status of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).The satisfaction of patients was higher than control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Fast Track Surgery nursing can promote health of electrosurgical prostatectomy combined with bladder lithotripsy in high-risk elderly patients,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and decrease surgical complications.
