摘　　要：目的分析急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的原因及相关预防对策。方法随机选取2015年3月至2017年12月大同市第四人民医院急诊外科行创伤手术治疗的患者110例,对其术后感染发生情况进行分析,了解急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的相关危险因素,并制定针对性的预防对策。结果单因素分析结果显示,年龄、BMI、手术时间、抗菌药物应用情况、手术操作熟练程度等均为诱发急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的可能性影响因素。Logistic多元回归分析显示术前未应用抗菌药物应用、手术时间≥3h、患者年龄≥60岁、BMI>24kg/m^2属于急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的危险因素。结论急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的原因多种多样,临床上要针对切口感染出现的各种原因,针对性地做好消毒、清理,术前对抗菌药物进行预防性应用,最大程度上降低切口感染发生率。Objective To analyze the causes of incision infection in emergency surgery for trauma and related preventive measures.Methods From March 2015 to December 2017,110 patients undergoing trauma surgery in Emergency Surgery of the Fourth People's Hospital of Datong were selected.The incidence of postoperative infection and risk factors of wound infection in emergency surgery were analyzed.And specific and formulated preventive measures were formulated.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that age,body mass index(BMI),operation time,application of antibacterial drugs,and proficiency of surgical operation were the factors influencing the possibility of incision infection in emergency surgery for trauma.Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the risk factors of incision infection in emergency surgery for trauma included no use of antibiotics before operation,operation time(≥3 hours),age(≥60 years old)and BMI(≥24 kg/m^2).Conclusions The causes of incision infection in emergency surgery for trauma are various.Clinically,we should focus on the causes of incision infection,do a good job of disinfection and cleaning,and use antimicrobial drugs before operation to prevent incision infection,so as to reduce the incidence of incision infection to the greatest extent.
