舒芬太尼对硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术后患者的超前镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的研究舒芬太尼对硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术后患者的超前镇痛作用。方法选择2016年11月至2017年12月侯马市人民医院接受硬膜外阻滞下行子宫全切术治疗的144例患者,随机分为实验组和常规组,每组72例。手术前,试验组患者使用舒芬太尼进行硬膜外注射,常规组患者不使用舒芬太尼进行相关镇痛处理,通过对比两组患者的VAS评分和术后并发症的发生率,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果手术后常规组患者的VAS评分低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计意义(P>0.05)。结论舒芬太尼对硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术后患者具有超前镇痛作用,能够减轻患者术中疼痛,提高手术成功率,且未增加不良反应和术后并发症,安全系数高,治疗效果好,可广泛应用于临床治疗。Objective To investigate the preemptive analgesic effect of sulfentanyl on patients undergoing total hysterectomy under epidural block.Methods A total of 144 patients who underwent hysterectomy under epidural block in Houma People's Hospital from November 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 72 cases in each group.Before operation,the patients in the experimental group were given epidural injection sufentanil,while the patients in the conventional group were not given sufentanil for related analgesic treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The VAS score in the conventional group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil has preemptive analgesic effect on patients after total hysterectomy under epidural block.It can relieve the pain of patients during operation,and improve the success rate of operation.It does not increase incidences of adverse reactions or complications after operation,and has high safety factor and good therapeutic effect.Sufentanil can be widely used in clinical treatment.
