摘 要:本实验采用机械搅拌整形工艺对Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13)非晶带材破碎粉末进行去边角的整形处理。研究了机械整形时间和混料机转速对Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13)非晶粉末的基本物理性能(粉末形貌、松比、流动性),以及由其制备的磁粉芯的有效磁导率、高频特性、直流叠加特性、损耗等磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着整形时间的增加,整形处理后的非晶粉末粒径逐渐细化,粉末粒度范围由75~175μm逐渐变为50~100μm,粉末尖角变圆滑,粉末的流动性由未经整形处理的31.43 s/50 g逐渐变为整形处理5 h的25.08 s/50 g,之后5~30 h基本趋于平稳,粉末的松比从0 h的3.028 g·cm^(-3)到30 h的3.124 g·cm^(-3)呈现一个小幅上升趋势,磁粉芯的有效磁导率呈先上升后下降的趋势、损耗逐渐降低,受直流叠加的影响变小;混料机转速对粉末形貌及粒径的影响幅度较小,并且随着转速的增加,粉芯的有效磁导率基本不变,损耗降低。本实验无论是时间参数还是转速参数都未改变非晶磁粉芯本身优秀的高频特性和直流叠加特性。The broken powder of Fe78 Si9 B13 amorphous strip was handled with a kind of mechanical agitation and shaping process. The effect of shaping time and rotation speed on the basic physical properties (powder morphology,bulk density,fluidity) of Fe78 Si 9 B13 amorphous powder,as well as the effective permeability,high frequency characteristic,direct current (DC) superposition characteristic and core loss of the magnetic powder core were studied.The results showed that with the increase of shaping time,the grain size of the amorphous powder became smaller and the particle size range of the powder was gradually changed from 75 ~ 175 μm to 50 ~ 100 μm,the closed angles became smooth,the fluidity of the powder gradually changed from 31.43 s/50 g without shaping to 25.08 s/50 g with shaping treatment for 5 h,and then tended to be stable from 5 to 30 h,the bulk density of the powder showed a slight upward trend from 3.028 g·cm^-3 of 0 h to 3.124 g·cm^-3 of 30 h,the effective permeability of the powder core firstly increased and then decreased,the core loss gradually decreased,as well as the influence of DC superposition.The influence of the rotation speed of the mixer on the morphology and particle size of the powder was small.With the increase of the speed,the effective permeability of the powder core was almost unchanged,and the core loss was reduced.In this experiment,the high frequency and DC superposition characteristics of the amorphous magnetic powder core were not changed with the time parameter and the speed parameter.
