摘 要:利用酯化反应将丙三醇接枝到多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)上,制备得到表面羟基化的丙三醇改性MWCNTs,并进一步研究了丙三醇改性MWCNTs对聚氨酯发泡行为的影响.利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪、透射电子显微镜等设备对丙三醇改性MWCNTs进行了结构表征,研究了丙三醇改性MWCNTs添加量对聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔结构、表观密度、压缩强度的影响结果表明,丙三醇成功接枝到MWCNTs表面,接枝率约为25%;当添加0.6%的丙三醇改性MWCNTs时,聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔平均直径最小,压缩强度和模量可以达到最大值因此,丙三醇改性MWCNTs在聚氨酯基体中的分散性好,成核效果明显,并具有较好的增强效果.Using the reaction of esterification, glycerol was grafted to MWCNTs to prepare MWCNTs hydroxylated on the surface. The effect of MWCNTs-g-glycerol on the foaming behavior of polyurethane foam was analyzed. MWCNTs-g-glycerol was characterized using FTIR , TG and TEM. The effects of different amount of M WCNTs-g-glycerol on the foam structure, apparent density and compress strength of polyurethane foam were characterized. The results showed that the glycerol was grafted on the surface of MWCNTs and the grafting ratio was 25%. When 0. 6% M WCNTs-g-glycerol was added , the cell diameter of polyurethane foam reached the minimum value, and the compress strength and compression modulus reached the maximum value. MWCNTs-g-glycerol had good dispersity in the polyurethane matrix and played a role of nucleating agent in foaming process.
