摘　　要：为充分发挥市场机制特别是价格杠杆作用,摸清水价改革情况,2018年12月下旬,湖北省水利厅组织调研组对漳河水库水利工程水价改革情况进行调研,针对现行水价偏低、水价核定有关制度和办法亟待完善等问题,提出了修改完善水价核定制度办法、将农业供水基本水价纳入财政统筹、适当提高非农业供水水价等建议。In order to make full play of leverage role of the market mechanism especially the pricing system and understand the water price reform situation, an investigation group was formed by the Hubei Provincial Water Resources Department to study the situation of water pricing reform of Zhanghe Reservoir Project. It is found that the current water tariff was relatively low and the approval system and methodologies are needed to be improved. It is recommended to revise the water price approval system and incorporate the charge of agricultural water supply with collection of other charges and increase the level of tariff of non-agricultural water supply.
