摘　　要：随着环保要求的日趋严格,湿法磷酸生产装置排放尾气已无法满足指标要求。针对磷酸生产装置尾气洗涤系统存在的问题,采取了相应的设备改造措施并优化工艺控制指标。改造后,不仅排放尾气达到了国家标准的指标要求,而且年可增加经济效益180万元。With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection, the emission of tail gas from wet-process phosphoric acid production unit has been unable to meet the target requirements. In view of the problems existing in the tail gas washing system of wet-process phosphoric acid unit, the corresponding equipment modification measures are adopted and the process control indexes are optimized. After the modification, not only has the exhaust gas meet the requirments of the national standard, but also the annual economic benefit increases by 1.8 million yuan.
