针刺对无先兆偏头痛病人热痛阈作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:结合耐热痛阈检测评估针刺治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用随机对照临床试验设计,将35例无先兆偏头痛病人随机分为治疗组18例和对照组17例,其中治疗组接受临床有效的常规针刺治疗,对照组接受非经非穴的假穴进行对照针刺治疗。2组治疗前后分别进行耐热痛阈的检测以及头痛日记的记录,比较2组间针刺治疗后的头痛天数以及前额耐热痛阈的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后偏头痛发作天数较治疗前降低(P <0.05),对照组治疗后偏头痛发作天数较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗组和对照组进行耐热痛阈治疗前后的比较,认为治疗后治疗组的耐热痛阈显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论:针刺可以升高无先兆偏头痛病人的前额耐热痛阈。Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of acupuncture treatment for migraine without aura with heat pain threshold test. Method: A randomized controlled clinical trial was designed in this study, and 35 cases of migraine without aura were randomly divided into treatment group (18 cases) and control group (17 cases), among which the treatment group received routine clinical effective acupuncture treatment and the control group received non-meridian and non-acupoint pseudo-acupoints acupuncture treatment. The heat pain threshold was tested and the headache diaries were recorded before and after the treatment between 2 groups. The number of headache days and the changes of the frontal heat pain threshold were compared between the 2 groups. Results: The number of migraine days in the treatment group decreased after treatment (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of migraine days in the control group after treatment (P > 0.05). The comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment of heat pain threshold showed that the heat pain threshold of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture increases the frontal heat pain threshold of migraine without aura.
