摘 要:预应力混凝土斜拉桥悬浇施工过程中,索力须多次调整,结构体系不断转换,如何实现斜拉索索力的精确调整和控制至关重要。本文以瓯江特大桥为背景,对预应力混凝土斜拉桥悬浇施工过程索力张拉控制方法进行了研究。首先,根据斜拉桥施工方案通过有限元计算分析确定结构中间施工理想状态;然后,根据斜拉索在相应工况下目标索力值与斜拉索锚固点三维坐标之间的关系,计算出斜拉索各工况无应力索长,除斜拉索挂设张拉时采用千斤顶控制斜拉索的索力外,后续斜拉索以锚头拔出量或回缩量调整斜拉索无应力索长的方法进行索力控制;最后对斜拉索索力的控制效果进行了评价。During the cantilever casting of prestress concrete cable-stayed bridge,the cable force has been readjusted,and the structure system has been continuously transformed.How to achieve precise adjustment and control of cable tension is vital.Taking Oujiang super large bridge as an example,the control method of cable force tension for cantilever casting of prestress concrete cable-stayed bridge was studied in this paper.Firstly,the perfect state of construction in the middle structure was determined based on analysis of the construction scheme of cable-stayed bridge by f inite element calculation.Then,according to the relationship between the target cable force and the three-dimensional coordinates of the anchorage point of the stay cable under the corresponding working conditions,the unstressed cable lengths were calculated under different working conditions.In addition to the use of lifting jacks to control the cable force of stay cables when they are suspended and tensioned,the following stay cables were controlled by using pull-out length or re-condensation of the anchor head to adjust the unstressed cable length of stay cables.Finally,the control effect of cable force was evaluated through an engineering example.
