摘　　要：铝带材轧制完成之后其表面残油的去除是业界的一大难题。板带上面油除不干净直接给后续脱脂造成了困难,进而影响到产品的质量及机器的速度,同时造成轧机油的大量浪费,大大增加生产成本并污染环境。针对此现象研制出了一种新型除油利器-真空除油机组。本文论述了该真空除油机组的组成、机理和应用效果。Removal of residual oil on the surface of aluminum strip after rolling is a difficult problem in the industry. It is difficult to degrease the oil on the strip, which affects the quality of the product and the speed of the machine. At the same time, it causes a lot of waste of the oil in the mill, which greatly increases the production cost and pollutes the environment. In view of this phenomenon, a new type of oil removal machine, vacuum oil removal unit, was developed. The component, mechanism and application effect of the vacuum deoiling unit are discussed in the article.
