数控磨床上砂轮修整装置的设计研究

摘　　要：砂轮修整装置是数控磨床中使用的一个关键附件,为满足对砂轮轮廓全自动修整,设计了一种把两片金刚刀成V型安装的砂轮修整装置,实际制造和使用表明,该装置修整砂轮精度高、效率高,能显著提高磨削工件的质量。Grinding wheel trimming device is a key accessory used in CNC grinding machine.In order to meet the full automatic trimming of the grinding wheel prof ile, a grinding wheel trimming device is designed to be composed of two pieces of diamond knife into V type installation.The practical manufacture and use experience shows that the device can trim the grinding wheel with high precision and eff iciency, and can improve the quality of the grinding work.
